| 1 smallonion; chopped |
| 14-1/2 ouncesdiced tomatoes; undrained |
| 6 oztomato paste |
| 1/3 cupwater |
| 1 teaspoondried oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoonsalt |
| 1/8 teaspoonpepper |
| 2 cupsfat-free cottage cheese |
| 1 teaspoondried marjoram |
| 1 1/2 cupspart-skim mozzarella cheese; shredded |
| 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese |
