8 ounces mostaccioli (penne pasta); uncooked
1/2 pound lean ground turkey
1 small onion; chopped
14-1/2 ounces diced tomatoes; undrained
6 oz tomato paste
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 1/2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese; shredded
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
