Ingredients
Nutmeat Stew Preparation
Put drop of oil in pressure cooker and sauté:
Carrots, Onions, Celery, Marmite
Fry for short time (not too long as it will overcook)
Add:
Potatoes (cut in pieces so they will cook but not go to mush!)
Just cover with water
Shake in soya sauce (7-8 shakes)
Cook:
Cook for 10 minutes High Pressure.
Add:
Nutmeat (scraped out with a fork)
Golden Circle corn kernels
Golden Circle peas
Add tomato sauce to taste
Shake in Herbamare herb seasoning salt to taste
Mix:
Gravy
Then add this mix to pot
Let stand for at least 20 minutes as flavour is better that way
