| 120 gWhole-wheat flour |
| 120 gCake flour |
| 200 gBiltong - finely chopped |
| 50 gCheddar Cheese |
| 30 mlBaking powder |
| 3Eggs |
| 200 mlMilk |
| 100 mlCooking oil |
| 15 mlLemon juice |
biltong muffins Preparation
Combine all the ingredients and mix lightly. Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake at 220° C for 11 minutes. Leave to cool slightly before removing and serving with butter.
