Sesame Pork with Garlic Cream Sauce Preparation
Cut pork tenderloin across into 12 slices. Flatten slices to 1/2 inch thickness. Set oven control to broil. Brush pork with oil. Place pork on broiler rack. Sprinkle with half of sesame seed. Broil 3-5 inches from heat for 6 minutes, turn. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed. Broil 5 minutes more or until pork is no longer pink in the center. While pork is broiling, heat butter in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic in butter about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Add cream cheese and milk. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and hot. Stir in chives and serve sauce with pork.
