Original recipe makes 8 Servings
9 Roma Tomatoes; chopped
1/2 cuponion; chopped
1/4 cupGreen pepper; chopped
1 tablespoonJalapeno pepper; chopped
1-2 tablespoonsfresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper
1/8 teaspoonGround cumin
Fresh Cilantro; to taste (opt)

Belinda's Fresh Salsa Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and let sit for a few hours for flavors to combine. Can substitute 2-3 larger tomatoes if Romas are not available.
