Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Potatoes Preparation
Mix oil, all the spices and salt in a large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes; toss to coat well. Arrange in a single layer on foil lined 15x10x1 inch baking pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Roast, uncovered, in preheated 425º oven 30 minutes, turning potatoes occasionally.
