Knead until smooth
Add bouillon to 6 cups boiling water.
roll out dough on floured surface, and cut into thin strips, or use spaetzle maker.
Drop into boiling water, cook until they float to the top
Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving none behind.
Repeat until all is cooked
Toss with butter, parsley and cheese if desired
