Original recipe makes 6 Servings
100 gramsCream cheese
200 mlFromage frais
2 tablespoonsCapers; rinsed and squezzed to remove excess vinegar
4 smallGerkins; finely chopped
2 Spring onions; finely chopped
Small bunchFresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Tartare sauce Preparation

1. Beat together the soft cheese and fromage frais, then stir in all the other ingredients with some seasoning.
