Prepare by: butter, sour cream & eggs at room temperature. Preheat oven 325 degrees.
Add flour, baking salt to a bowl and sift 3 times
In another bowl, Cream butter and sugar mix until creamy. Add eggs (1 at a time) beat in seperately.
Grease and flour pan
Add flour mixture fold in scoops at a time add sour leaving flour to add.
Add flavoring folding and mixing.
Pour mixture in pan scrape excess batter off the mixer.
Bake 1 1/2 hour
Take from oven, leave cake in the pan, place pan on baking and cool for 20 minutes.
Place towel over pan, turn cake over on to towel. Let cool until ready to serve.
