Goulash with cheese and without meat .
Begin by chopping celery, onion and garlic. Heat a frying pan and vegetable oil on medium heat. Next, fry the celery, onion and garlic until lightly browned. Remove from heat. In another pot, cook the pasta to desired tenderness and drain. Next, place all ingredients except the cheese into a large bowl and mix well. Scoop 1/2 the mixture into a large casserole dish and sprinkle 1/2 of the grated cheese over this layer. Scoop the remaining mixture into dish, then cover with remaining cheese. Place dish into a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes to warm evenly and melt the cheese. Serve and enjoy!
