Quick and Easy Chili

Recipes »  Soups, Stews and Chili  »  Chili

I made this one day when I didn't have much in my kitchen and couldn't afford to go out. I was pleasantly surprised how great it turned out.

"I made the chili this way because I had barely anything in my home to cook. You can always use ground beef or turkey instead of the meatballs. If you can't find the Moe's sauce you can use a tabasco mixed with a little BBQ sauce. (You can find Moe's sauce at your local Moe's Southwest Grill.)"

2 TablespoonsDry white wine
1/4 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1 tablespoonExtra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoonSalt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoonMoes hard rock and roll sauce spicy

Quick and Easy Chili Preparation

Add all ingredients in a large pot and boil. As your boiling and the meatballs become soft push them against the edge of the pot so they can crumble. Boil on high until the water reduces by half. Lower heat to low and let simmer until the chili reaches a thickness you like. You can top the chili with shredded cheese or sour cream if you like.
