Suggest a better descriptionWash, cut and dry the vegetables. Salt the eggplant and brush generously with oil. Salt peppers and asparagus lightly. Grill veggies on oiled med grill.
Build sandwiches by placing provolone on each slice of bread, then salami. Place turkey on one side only, and spread the goat cheese on the turkey. Arrange veggies on the other side. Lightly salt the veggies, and add some fresh ground pepper. Place the two sides together, and brush the outside of the sandwiches with olive oil. Grill over med-low until the outside of the sandwich is toasty and inside of the sandwich is hot.
