Crockpot Chicken Taco Soup
|1 onion; chopped|
|16 ozcan chili beans|
|15 ozcan black beans; rinsed and drained|
|15 ozwhite kernel corn; drained|
|8 oztomato sauce|
|1 cupChicken broth|
|14.5 ozcan diced tomatoes|
|14.5 ozcan diced tomatoes with green chilies|
|1 1/4 ozpack taco seasoning|
|3 Chicken breasts boneless and skinless|
|Shredded cheese; optional|
|Sour cream; optional|
Crockpot Chicken Taco Soup Preparation
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Stir and lay chicken on top of mix, pressing down slightly just till covered.
Cook in crockpot on low for 7-8 hours
When done, remove chicken and cut into bite size pieces and add to soup
Top with shredded cheese and sour cream
