| 1 onion; chopped |
| 16 ozcan chili beans |
| 15 ozcan black beans; rinsed and drained |
| 15 ozwhite kernel corn; drained |
| 8 oztomato sauce |
| 1 cupChicken broth |
| 14.5 ozcan diced tomatoes |
| 14.5 ozcan diced tomatoes with green chilies |
| 1 1/4 ozpack taco seasoning |
| 3 Chicken breasts boneless and skinless |
| Shredded cheese; optional |
| Sour cream; optional |
Crockpot Chicken Taco Soup Preparation
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Stir and lay chicken on top of mix, pressing down slightly just till covered.
Cook in crockpot on low for 7-8 hours
When done, remove chicken and cut into bite size pieces and add to soup
Top with shredded cheese and sour cream
