Homemade ice cream Preparation
Put all ingredients in blender for 3 min (may have to split in half so blender doesn't overflow)
Puree fruit in blender
Fill 1 gallon freezer with all ingredients.
Add milk to 3/4 level.
Put layers of crushed ice and rock salt around can.
Crank until very hard to turn - do not stop
Remove dasher and repack with ice and salt for 1 hour.
Can substitute 1 can of evaporated milk for 1/2 pint of cream.
