BBQ Beef Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot. Cover and simmer on low 8-10 hours. Pull meat into shreds with a fork. Serve on buns, over rice, or over noodles.
This only took me 5 hours to cook! Tasted yummy! Made it for Mom and Nap along with Lexington Coleslaw and crazy cake. 8/31/09 Be careful not to overcook this!
