great with rice
Cut kielbasa in 1" diaganol pieces. Place in deep baking dish. Combine chili sauce, ketchup and water. Add bay leaf and all spice.
Pour over kielbasa. Top with onions and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes. Add wine, back 15 mintues.
