Daisy Brand Beef Fajitas
|2 lbs.beef skirt steak|
|2 limes; juice from both, zest from one|
|1 Serrano; or jalapeno pepper, minced|
|4 clovesgarlic minced|
|1/2 cuplow sodium beef broth|
|1/2 Tbs.Old Bay seasoning|
|1/2 tsp. eachsalt and pepper|
|1 mediumyellow onion; sliced|
|2 assortedbell peppers; sliced|
|1 cupDaisy Brand sour cream|
Daisy Brand Beef Fajitas Preparation
Trim excess fat from steak. Combine next 8 ingredients (through pepper) in a sealable container. Add beef, coat all sides, and marinate for 8-24 hours in the refrigerator. Grill to desired doneness, allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips. Grill vegetables in an aluminum pouch until warm and tender (or with the meat in an indoor grill pan). Warm tortillas per package directions then fill with meat and vegetables. Top with fajita with a dollop of Daisy and enjoy.
