Original recipe makes 1 Servings
Nutmeg; to taste
1 Bag frozen peaches; small
1/4 cPecans broken into small
1/4 cFrozen raspberries or
1/8 cBrown sugar
1 Pear; peeled and sliced
1/4 Cube butter; (not too much)
8 Granny smith apples; peeled
1 cLowfat granola or museli
Cinnamon; to taste

Three Fruit Cobbler Melange Preparation

Place apple slices in a small glass baking dish 9 x 12 inch to the top. Add peaches, pear, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix and bake in microwave for approximately 12 minutes. (Until apples are soften, but not mushy.) Remove and add raspberries or blueberries. Gently fold mixture together. Add granola. Serve in individual dishes.
