Healthy whole wheat chocolate chip cookies
|1 cupwhole wheat pastry flour|
|2 cupsold fashioned rolled oats; (not quick formula)|
|1/2 cupagave; honey would be ok|
|1/3 cupapple sauce|
|1/2 cupalmond butter|
|1 tablespoonVanilla extract|
|1/2 teaspoonkosher salt|
|1/2 teaspoonbaking soda|
|1 banana; cut up or slightly smashed|
|1 cupDark chocolate chunks/chips|
Healthy whole wheat chocolate chip cookies Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. In separate bowl, mix wet ingredients & then poor over dry mixture & mix thoroughly.
Make cookies about 1" round, place on cookie sheet & bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.
