2 Sweet potatoes; Diced
1 CupUncooked rice; Boil till finished
1 16oz. CanBlack beans
1 cloveFresh garlic, peeled; Minced
1 extra large breastChicken; Diced
Black pepper
Garlic Salt
Cayenne pepper
Savory

Sweet potato, chicken, black beans, and rice Preparation

Boil 2 1/4 cups water and 1 cup rice for 30 minutes. While that is cooking dice the chicken and sweet potatoes. Cook the chicken in olive oil Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, garlic salt, black pepper. Remove from pan and add more olive oil, sweet potatoes and sprinkle with cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt and minced garlic, and savory. Cook till tender and mix in the chicken and black beans and cook 5 minutes more. Once rice is finished sprinkle with garlic salt and add the chicken, bean, and sweet potatoes and mix.
