Sea Veggie Soup Preparation
1. To the simple miso soup, stir in dulse flakes and soaked and drained hiziki and arame or kelp.
2. Stir in tamari soy sauce and float bell pepper on top just before serving
variation - for creamy version, blend in half an avocado when preparing the simple miso soup
