1/4 cFlour
1 cnCream of celery soup
1 1/2 lbHaddock fillets; or sole fillets
1/2 cCheddar Cheese; grated
1/4 cmilk
1 dsPaprika
1 tbParsley

Baked Fish Au Gratin Preparation

Dip fish in flour. Arrange in Pam-sprayed baking dish. Blend cream of celery soup and milk. Spread over fish in pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese, parlsley and paprika. Bake at 350 F. for 45 mins. until fish flakes easily with fork. Bobbie Banghart, Lansing, Michigan, U.S.A. NOTES : Can do in Microwave for 6-7 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
