Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 poundkielbasa; sliced
1 smallonion; sliced
4 wholepotatoes; cubed
1 wholeBell pepper; sliced
1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
1/4 cupolive oil

Kielbasa and Potatoes Preparation

Heat oil in skillet. Cook onion. 5-10 minutes.

Add potatoes, peppers, fry 3 minutes add black pepper.

Place kielbasa on top of veggies, cook 15 - 20 min, covered.

Stir meat in, cook 10 - 15 min covered.
