8 Lamb rib chops; trimmed
1 3/4 tbHoney
3/4 tsSesame seeds
2 3/4 tbLight soy sauce
1 Garlic; crushed
2 3/4 tsDry sherry
3/4 tsSesame oil
1/8 tsFive-spice powder

Baked Lamb Cutlets in Honey Sesame Marinade Preparation

Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 35 min, plus refrigeration time. Combine all ingredients, except lamb, in a bowl. Place lamb chops in a shallow dish and add marinade. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350F. Place lamb chops on a wire rack over a baking dish.
