| 1 tbLemon juice |
| 1 Lemon; cut into 6 wedges |
| 2 tbFresh parsley; chopped |
| 1 1/2 lbSole fillets |
| 1 tbVegetable oil |
| Salt and fresh ground pepper |
Baked Lemon Fish Preparation
From: gregfam@aa.net (Lee Grgory) Date: 16 Oct 1995 05:50:00 -0600 In bottom of shallow baking or broiling pan, spread oil,lemon juice, and pepper. Swish fish around in pan, coating both sides. Sprinkle with parsley. Broil 3-4 minutes on each side or until edges are browned. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with salt or additional lemon pepper.
