| 1/2 cupFlour |
| 3/4 cupCoconut Flour; Red Mill |
| 3/4 cupAlmond Flour; Red Mill |
| 1 teaspoonBaking powder |
| 1 teaspoonBaking soda |
| 1/4 teaspoonsalt |
| 3/4 cupSemi-sweet Chocolate chips; Nestle Mini Morsels |
| 3/4 cupToffee Bits; Heath English |
| 3/4 cupCaramel Bits; Kraft Premium |
| 2 tablespoonsstevia; -Truvia tastes best |
Top Hat Cookies - No Sugar added, Low Fat version Preparation
Preheat oven to 350(F)
Cream moist ingredients with whisk
add dry ingredients and mix until combined
you can substitute the chocolate chips, toffee & caramel with 2 1/2 cups combined of anything else you would like to use (like raisins, cranberries blueberries etc)
scoop about a tablespoon full onto a cookie sheet and bake for 13 - 15 minutes
Notes
Don't over bake, these are very moist cookies
