1 cuplow fat plain yogurt; Oikos
1 cupApplesauce; Musselman's Natural
1 cupPeanut butter; Skippy Natural
1/2 cupHoney
2 largeEgg whites
3 cupsRolled Oats; not quick oatmeal
1/4 cupFlax Seed
1/2 cupFlour
3/4 cupCoconut Flour; Red Mill
3/4 cupAlmond Flour; Red Mill
1 teaspoonBaking powder
1 teaspoonBaking soda
1/4 teaspoonsalt
3/4 cupSemi-sweet Chocolate chips; Nestle Mini Morsels
3/4 cupToffee Bits; Heath English
3/4 cupCaramel Bits; Kraft Premium
2 tablespoonsstevia; -Truvia tastes best

Top Hat Cookies - No Sugar added, Low Fat version Preparation

Preheat oven to 350(F)

Cream moist ingredients with whisk

add dry ingredients and mix until combined

you can substitute the chocolate chips, toffee & caramel with 2 1/2 cups combined of anything else you would like to use (like raisins, cranberries blueberries etc)

scoop about a tablespoon full onto a cookie sheet and bake for 13 - 15 minutes

Notes

Don't over bake, these are very moist cookies
