1 cup Applesauce; Musselman's Natural
1 cup Peanut butter; Skippy Natural
1/2 cup Honey
2 large Egg whites
3 cups Rolled Oats; not quick oatmeal
1/4 cup Flax Seed
1/2 cup Flour
3/4 cup Coconut Flour; Red Mill
3/4 cup Almond Flour; Red Mill
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate chips; Nestle Mini Morsels
3/4 cup Toffee Bits; Heath English
3/4 cup Caramel Bits; Kraft Premium
2 tablespoons stevia; -Truvia tastes best

Original recipe makes 60 Servings

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350(F)

Cream moist ingredients with whisk

add dry ingredients and mix until combined

you can substitute the chocolate chips, toffee & caramel with 2 1/2 cups combined of anything else you would like to use (like raisins, cranberries blueberries etc)

scoop about a tablespoon full onto a cookie sheet and bake for 13 - 15 minutes

Notes

Don't over bake, these are very moist cookies
