8 ozSour cream
8 ozCream cheese
7 mdPotatoes; boiled and drained

Baked Mashed Potatoes Preparation

Use 7-8 medium potatoes, boiled and drained. Add 8 ozs. cream cheese, 8 ozs. sour cream., 1 tsp. onion powder and some milk, if needed and mash good. Put in a casserole dish and bake in oven for 30 mins. at 350 F. (This recipe can be made ahead of time). Posted to Bakery-Shoppe Digest V1 #221 by "William & Evelyn Hall" on Sep 6, 1997

Need to use other cheeses recipe has no flavor. Add parmesan, romano, fontina, etc.
