"I adapted this recipe by piping the potatoes into plates with apastry bag. Then I broiled the plates just enough to lightly brown the peaks. That was used as a base for serving the rest of the meal. It was quite elegant. "

Ingredients
| 1 tsOnion powder |
| Milk; if needed |
| 8 ozSour cream |
| 8 ozCream cheese |
| 7 mdPotatoes; boiled and drained |
Baked Mashed Potatoes Preparation
Use 7-8 medium potatoes, boiled and drained. Add 8 ozs. cream cheese, 8 ozs. sour cream., 1 tsp. onion powder and some milk, if needed and mash good. Put in a casserole dish and bake in oven for 30 mins. at 350 F. (This recipe can be made ahead of time). Posted to Bakery-Shoppe Digest V1 #221 by "William & Evelyn Hall"
