Cool Pineapple Cake Preparation
Combine the first six ingredients mixing well. Pour into a greaed (no flour) 9x12 cake pan. Bake in 350* oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
For icing combine cream cheese and butter with mixer till light and fluffy. Then add the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well. When cake has cooled ice and store in the refrigerator. This cake gets better with age.
