Rosemary Lemon BBQ Pork Chops Preparation
Whisk together garlic, lemon juice, peel, oil, rosemary, basil, and lemon pepper. Place pork chops in a lg plastic bag and pour in marinade. Seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight turning occasionally.
Drain & reserve marinade. Grill chops over medium heat (about 6 min per side) or until juices run clear, brushing occasionally with marinade.
