Ingredients
Filetes de Pollo a la india Preparation
Cortar la pechuga en filetes, sazonarlos con sal y pimienta, rebuscarlos con harina y saltearlos en una sartén adecuada, con mantequilla con un poco de aceite.
Retirar las pechugas o filetes y reservar en caliente.
Añadir la cebolla al sartén, agitar un poco y agregar el cury la bechamel y la crema, sazonar y pasar por tamiz.
Acomodar los filetes de forma artistica y napar con la salsa.
Serivr con el arroz al curry.
