| 2 10-oz cnbean dip, canned; plain or |
| 2 3.5-oz cnolives, canned; pitted, ripe |
| 3 mdTomatoes; cored, seeded |
| 2 tbLemon juice |
| 3 mdavacados; ripe |
| 1/2 cMayonnaise |
| 1 bngreen onions; chopped |
| 1 cSour cream |
Tex-Mex Dip #1 Preparation
Peel, pit & mash avacados in medium-size bowl with lemon juice, salt & pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise & taco seasoning mix in bowl. Spread bean dip on a large, shallow serving platter. Top with avacado mixture, then layer with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes & olives. Cover with shredded cheese.
