Buttermilk Herb Chicken Breasts
Original recipe makes 8 Servings
| 1 cupButtermilk |
| 1 tablespoonDijon mustard |
| 1 tablespoonHoney |
| 1 tablespoonFresh rosemary; finely chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoonDried thyme |
| 1/2 teaspoonDried sage |
| 1/2 teaspoonDried marjoram |
| 1/2 teaspoonPepper |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 8 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
Buttermilk Herb Chicken Breasts Preparation
Mix together buttermilk with mustard, honey, and seasonings. Place chicken breasts in freezer bag. Pour marinade over chicken breasts. Freeze, using freezer bag method.
Serving Day:
Thaw chicken, discarding marinade. Grill over medium heat until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
