| 1 packOreo Biscuits Vanilla Cream |
| 150 gramsPhiladelphia Brand Cream Cheese; Cadbury's Chocolate |
| 1 packMalteasers |
| 400 gramsMilk chocolate |
| 400 gramsDigestive Biscuit |
| 1 teaspoonVegetable oil |
Oreo's Chocolate Surprise Preparation
1: Put all Oreo's in to a freezer bag (or similar)
2: With a Rolling pin small smash the Oreo's to small crunchy pieces.
3: Pour Contents in to a bowl
4: Add the Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese to the Crushed Biscuits. Then Mix to blended.
5: Get a large backing tray and cover with grease proof paper.
6: Now get the Malteaser's and wrap it with mixed Blended chocolate mix to about 1-inch in diameter. Then place on to the large backing tray. Mixture servers approx 25 balls.
7: Place in Fridge to cool and firm up - Approx 45mins.
8: Break 400grams of Milk Chocolate to a Bowl.
9: Add 1 teaspoon of Vegetable oil.
10: Melt Chocolate slowly. Be careful not to curdle chocolate.
11: Remove Chocolate balls from fridge and quickly dip all the balls in chocolate to cover them; placing back on to grease proof paper when covered. (takes about 5mins)
12: Put all Oreo's in to a freezer bag (or similar)
13: With a Rolling pin small smash the Digestive Biscuits to powder.
14: Sprinkle Mix over Chocolate balls
15: Place in Fridge again to cool and firm up - Approx 45mins.
16: Eat or Freezer for a laters date!
Notes
Dont Curdle the chocolate - make sure the chocolate melts slowly and kept on a low heat whilst rolling.
