2 tsOregano
2 lbPinto beans; dry, soak
1 tbSalt; or adjust amount to taste
1/4 lbSalt pork; cut into small
3 Jalapeno peppers; up to 5
1 tbCumin
5 clovesGarlic; up to 10
1/4 cFresh cilantro; chopped

Tex-Mex Pinto Beans Preparation
