Notes Peanut Butter Frosting Preparation
In a large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and butter until light and fluffy. Gradually, beat in sugar, alternately, with milk until frosting is a good spreading consistency. Beat in vanilla extract. Makes enough frosting to frost one 13 x 9 x 2" cake. Submitted By SAM WARING

My husband loves peanut butter, so I made a peanut butter/chocolate checkered cake & used this frosting recipe. It was a 4 layered cake, so I ended up having to double the recipe. Oh. My. Goodness. Is this recipe ever delicious?!? It was so light and fluffy and not too sweet! Will DEFINITELY use this recipe again!

Fabulous! Light, fluffy and delicious. I took another reviewers advice and cut the vanilla to 1/2 tsp. Perfect. Very easy to make and recipe made enough to frost a 9 X 13 cake.

This was really really amazing I will continue to use this recipe :) I love the fluffy texture and it has the perfect amount of pb. But I would recommend only a 1/2 ts of vanilla :)
