Original recipe makes 1 Servings
2 ouncePusser~quotes dark rum
4 ouncepineapple juice
1 ouncecream of coconut
1 ounceorange juice
Nutmeg; freshly grated

Pusser's Painkiller Preparation

Comes in numbers 2, 3, and 4 based on amount of rum. Serve on the rocks. Stir and grate fresh nutmeg on the top.
