| 1/2 cVegetable oil |
| 1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded and chopped |
| 1/4 cCilantro; chopped |
| 1 Cucumber; seeded and chopped |
| 1/2 tsCurry powder |
| 1 Headgreen cabbage; shredded |
| 1/4 cRice wine vinegar |
| 1/2 cPeanuts; chopped |
| 1/2 Headred cabbage; shredded |
| 4 Green onion; sliced |
| 2 tbSugar |
| 2 clovesGarlic, fresh; crushed |
| 1 Red pepper; chopped |
| DRESSING |
Thai Coleslaw Preparation
