Swedish Cheesecake (Ost Kaka) Preparation
Heat milk slightly warmer than lukewarm. Make a paste of flour and a litle cold milk. Add to milk and keep warming.
Disslove rennet tablet in 1 Tablespoon warm water; stir until dissolved. Add to milk and mix well. Let stand at least 45 minutes; do not stir. Stir well and separate curds from whey. When done, separate in colander and drain off. Whey should be quite dry. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased glass dish at 350? for 1 hour.
