Five Bean Salad Preparation
Heat first 6 ingredients and keep warm. Then heat to a boil 1 1/3 cups vinegar, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2/3 cup oil, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, garlic salt to taste. Pour over warm beans and mix well. Add 1 large sliced spanish onion, 1 sliced green pepper, 1 large sliced pimento. Will keep well in refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.
