Korean Barbecued Beef Preparation
Grind first 3 ingredients in a small food processor or with a mortar and pestle. Stir in next five ingredients.
Pou into shallow dish. Add beef; turn slices to coat. Cover and chill 45 minutes.
Preheat grill to high for direct heat.
Remove beef from marinade (discard marinade). Grill 2 to 3 minutes, turning once.
