2/3 cupRed Sweet Peppers; Roasted
2 large clovesGarlic
1/4 teaspoonGround black pepper

Kalamata Olive Tapenade Preparation

in a food processor or blender, combine olives, roasted red peppers, garlic and black pepper

Blend or process until nearly smooth, scraping down the sides of container as necessary
