It seems to be a little more "healthy" than others I've seen

Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 bunchSpinach; Washed and dried
1 Onion (or leeks); Chopped
1 dashCream
To TasteSalt
To TastePepper
To TasteNutmeg

Creamed Spinach Preparation

Saute some onion or leeks until softened.

Add spinach and cover for a few minutes

Stir in a dash of cream and season with salt, pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg.
