1/2 tsSalt
1/2 cRaisins
1/2 cSugar
Butter; softened
1/4 tsNutmeg; grated
1/3 cRice; raw
4 cmilk
1 tsVanilla

Baked Rice Pudding Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 degrees, lightly butter cassarole. Combine rice, milk, salt, vanilla and nutmeg in casserole and mix well. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
