Baked Salmon Preparation
Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels. Place steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray; brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle evenly with dill weed, parsley, and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. PER SERVING: 1 steak calories - 92, carbohydrate - 1 g., protein 15 g., fat - 3 g., cholesterol - 26 mg., fiber - 0, sodium - 50 mg. I for got the parsley but turned out pretty good. I honestly think i like my fish raw it has less of the fish taste. Overall it was great
