Tender pork loin chops on a bed of red and green peppers with button mushrooms
Season chops on both sides with onion powder, salt and basil
Evenly spread the BBQ sauce over both sides of chops and set aside in refer
Cut peppers in half, remove stems, seeds and veins
Slice peppers into 2-3" pcs
Clean off mushrooms and leave whole
Place olive oil and butter in skillet on medium until butter is melted
Add pepper strips and stir
Move peppers to one side and place mushrooms into skillet cap side down
Place chops on top of pepper strips and cover skillet
Let cook on medium low approx 20 mins
Turn chops over and cook covered another 10 minutes or until done
Serve chops covered with peppers and sauce wih mushrooms on the side
Very easy with electric skillet
