Easy, quick and delicious chicken and leeks recipe
Heat sautee pan and add olive oil. Pepper chicken with cracked pepper. Cook chicken breasts over medium high heat, a few minutes on each side or until browned. Remove chicken and set aside. Add more olive oil and add sliced leeks. Sauté over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring to coat leeks. Add chopped garlic and sauté another minute or until fragrant. Add beer, agave and cream. Allow to bubble and simmer for a few minutes or until slightly thickened. Return chicken to leeks and sprinkle with salt. Add lemon juice over entire dish. Allow to simmer until chicken is cooked. You can add more beer and cream if sauce starts to reduce too much.Â
