1 lbPasta shells
1 lbSpinach; chopped and steamed
2 1/2 cTomato sauce
1/2 cSoy milk
3 Garlic; minced
1 tbBasil, fresh; chopped OR 1 ts Basil, dried
salt and pepper; to taste
1/4 cBread crumbs

Baked Spinach-Pasta Casserole Preparation

cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain. In large casserole dish, toss hot pasta with spinach, tomato sauce,soy milk, garlic and basil. Season to taste. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot.

    I put spaghetti sauce instead of tomato and it was kinda bland. It has potential but I can't figure out what to add.

    Easy to make. We didn't really like the taste. Also not sure the purpose of baking the dish. We tried adding parmesan cheese but it didn't improve it much.
