Creamy White Bean Salad Preparation
Add beans in a single layer of the hot skillet, stir to coat the beans. Brown on each side 3 or 4 minutes. The beans should be golden and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Salt to taste, add onion and garlic. Once onion softens (1 or 2 minutes) add chard, stir and cook until beginning to wilt. Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
